In 1992, 33 Western Pennsylvania chambers of commerce discovered they could offer their members superior group health care solutions by pooling their buying power.

These newly formed ChamberChoice health plans allowed each chamber to offer its members buying power rivaling the largest companies.

Today, with nearly 100 chambers of commerce throughout Pennsylvania, our mission remains the same:

To function as a Chamber-owned Corporation that develops opportunity and provides access to products on a volume purchase basis to advance growth, reinforce membership value, augment dues revenue, and provide superior support services.

In today's business environment, meeting that mission means further expanding our buying power, while ensuring a high level of service to each chamber and every participating member. Like our recent expansion into Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania, we'll make sure our future expansion only increases the value of CCSC to its members.
