While investigating alternate electricity providers we found ChamberChoice and their excellent energy program through OnDemand. We love the fact that we are part of a pool of local businesses that are all benefiting from affordable electricity rates made possible by ChamberChoice.

The Chamber helped take the guesswork out of choosing an energy supplier. ChamberChoice and OnDemand gave me a great rate that was easy to understand, enrollment was simple, and switching to the ChamberChoice Energy program has saved us at least $5,000. We are very happy with the ChamberChoice Energy program and highly recommend other businesses look into it if they haven't already.

Dillon Floral is a large floral wholesaler and greenhouse production facility located in Bloomsburg. Our electrical energy costs for heating the greenhouses, refrigerating the cut flowers, and the use of high intensity lighting for crop production are a significant part of our expenses. With the cost of electricity increasing, we looked for ways to control those expenses. We found that the ChamberChoice program through the Columbia Montour Chamber of Commerce was an excellent way to control the cost of our electricity. Fairway Motors, Inc. is a member of the ChamberChoice and OnDemand Energy Solutions energy pool. We have found the savings predicted in 2009 of about 1 to 1.5 cents/kwh to be very close to what our savings came in at. The 2010 savings appear to be on track as well. We are looking forward to even better rates as our blended pool locked into very favorable rates up until the year 2014. Overall, we are pleased to be part of the pool and feel confident that we made the right decision by choosing the ChamberChoice program.
